Kolinsky Sable nº 0

These brushes are made out of kolinsky sable-hair, a Siberian weasel that’s tail hair makes a fine artists paintbrush. This hair is rare and expensive due to the fact that it is incredibly hard to raise a kolinsky in captivity, but it is still widely sought after thanks to its ability to be finely shaped and no artificial brushes can quite compare.
